1-The duty that the plastic city has determined as its purpose is firstly and most importantly serving a plastic life to the people who have been bored of every tone of the green and who find country-side life boring and the people that want to get out this situation.

2-Plastic city has been formed as a presence against the natural. Because of this, not any element that belongs to the nature should be presented in the plastic city.

3-An individual who has accepted to live in the plastic city cannot leave this idea.

4-The plastic city has an entire plastic settlement and it is important that the individuals that will not be able to keep in step with this settlement should not enter to the plastic city in the first place.

5-Every individual that has the entry card for the plastic city will possess of a plastic car and a plastic house without making any additional payment.

6-Plastic city that gives importance to the individuals and the needs of the individuals in its structure knows that, individuals have limited time for their communication with other individuals. That being the case, it offers personal communication equipments to every individual. These equipments are given free to every individual that makes entry to the plastic city. Developing these equipments afterwards depends on the individual according to his/her needs.

7-An individual that has accepted to live in the plastic city should know that he/she is being watched (observed) for twenty-four hours a day. This surveillance is made by the surveillance police and it is not evoked to the individuals in order not to make them become comfortless.

12-Every individual that has made entry to the plastic city has the right to produce one or more products that belong to him/her, the right to advertise these products freely and the right to consume these products as much as he/she wishes.

13-At the same time, all of the individuals, according to their talents and purposes, in order to actualize these purposes have the right to advertise themselves.

14-Life in plastic city is open to every kind of life-form which is plastic. The life-forms which are not plastic are not found appropriate and the individuals that have these kinds of life-forms will be punished strictly when this situation is assigned by the observation police.

15-The population of the plastic city is free to form its own plastic life and in the process of living this life. Individuals will not be interfered by no matter of means unless they go out of the manifest. 1-La función de la ciudad plástica ha determinado cómo su propósito es en primer lugar y más importantemente servir a una vida plástica a la gente que se han aburrido de cada tono del verde y que encuentra el lado de la vida de los pueblos aburrida y a gente que desean salir de esta situación.

2-La ciudad plástica se ha conformado como una presencia contra la naturaleza. Debido a esto, ningún elemento que pertenezca a la naturaleza se debe presentar en la ciudad plástica.

3-Un individuo que ha aceptado vivir en la ciudad plástica no puede abandonar esta idea.

4-La ciudad plástica tiene un establecimiento plástico total y es importante que los individuos que no puedan llevar el paso de este establecimiento no deben entrar en la ciudad plástica en primer lugar.

5-Todo individuo que tenga la tarjeta de entrada a la ciudad plástica poseerá un coche plástico y una casa plástica sin la fabricación de ningún pago adicional.

6-La ciudad plástica que da importancia a los individuos y las necesidades de los individuos en su estructura saben eso, individuos que han limitado el tiempo para su comunicación con otros individuos. Se está dando el caso de que ofrece los equipos de comunicación personales a cada individuo. Estos equipos se dan libremente a cada individuo que entre a la ciudad plástica. Desarrollar estos equipos depende luego del individuo según sus necesidades.

7-El individuo que ha aceptado para vivir en la ciudad plástica debe saber que él/ella está siendo mirado (observado) veinticuatro horas al día. Esta vigilancia es ejecutada por la policía de vigilancia y no se informa a los individuos para que no pierdan su comodidad.

11-El sistema de inteligencia artificial está siendo realizado por los trabajadores involuntarios. (Contra la ineficacia de ser involuntarios, los trabajadores cayeron en el engaño de que la metáfora funcionará, y han decidido ser trabajadores voluntarios y encuentran apropiado llamarse “robot”.)

12-Todo individuo que ha entrado a la ciudad plástica tiene el derecho de producir uno o más productos que pertenezcan a él/ella, el derecho de anunciar estos productos libremente y el derecho de consumir estos productos tanto como él/ella desea.

13-Al mismo tiempo, todos los individuos, según sus talentos y propósitos, para actualizar estos propósitos tienen el derecho de anunciarse.

14-La vida en la ciudad plástica está abierta a toda tipo de forma de vida que sea plástica. Las formas de vida que no son plásticas no se consideran apropiadas y los individuos que tienen estas clases de formas de vida serán castigados terminantemente cuando así lo determine la policía de observación.

15-La población de la ciudad plástica es libre para formar su propia vida plástica y el proceso de vivir esta vida. Ningún otro medio se entrometerá en cada individuo a menos que éstos abandonen el manifiesto.
